Project Description:
Accelerated Digital Media (ADM) hired me as a freelance developer to enhance and maintain their existing custom WordPress website, originally developed by WePropagate. My role involved optimizing the site for better performance, user experience, and conversion rates, while also implementing new features and ensuring the site remained secure and up-to-date.

Working closely with ADM’s marketing team, I made significant improvements to the site, including redesigning case study formats, optimizing forms and landing pages, and building additional functionalities to streamline user flow. I also addressed technical issues, fixed broken links, and maintained the site’s security and performance.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Form Optimization: Redesigned and optimized forms using Gravity Forms to improve conversion rates.
• Case Study Redesign: Revamped the case study format to align with the marketing team’s vision and enhance readability.
• Landing Pages: Edited existing landing pages and created new ones to support marketing campaigns and improve user engagement.
• Custom Development: Investigated and modified code to alter the appearance and functionality of site modules/widgets.
• User Experience Enhancements: Built additional capabilities, such as custom plugins and filters (using FacetWP), to optimize user experience and site navigation.
• Performance Optimization: Boosted performance scores to 75% (mobile) and 99% (desktop), resulting in improved SEO rankings, higher conversion rates, and enhanced user experience.
• Maintenance & Security: Regularly updated the site, fixed broken links, and implemented security measures to protect against vulnerabilities.

Additionally, the site’s ongoing maintenance and security updates ensure it remains a reliable and effective platform for the company.
