Owlya Inc, an AI-powered proctoring and dynamic assessment creation platform, needed a revamped knowledgebase support website to help users navigate their platform with ease. The goal was to replace their existing system with a simpler, more intuitive solution that prioritized content accessibility and streamlined publishing processes.

I developed a user-friendly knowledgebase using WordPress, designed to provide How-To guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources for users ranging from colleges and institutions to corporate certification bodies. The new platform ensures that users can quickly find the information they need, enhancing their overall experience with Owlya's innovative assessment tools.
